PRE-WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
- It is the delegate's responsibility to accept all bank charges related to the funds transfer.
- Full pre-payment of the applicable workshop fee is required.
- Limited seats are available on first come first served basis as per confirmed payment.
- Confirmation of your registration will be confirmed via email within 48 - 72 hours.
- There shall be no on-spot registration.
INVOICE PAYMENTS
- Our registration system will generate an automatic invoice upon Workshop registration.
- Any outstanding balance will be due and payable before the registration can be finalised.
- The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing via email to the congress secretary if there is a Pre-workshop registration cancellation. Appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
- The following cancellation policy will apply:
- Cancellations received before or on 1st February 2017 - 75% refund of the fee.
- Cancellations received between 2nd Feb 2017 to 15th March 2017 - 50% of the fee.
- Cancellations received on or after 16th March 2017 - No Refund.
INSURANCE
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Workshop registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Congress Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
