TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION

  • It is the delegate's responsibility to accept all bank charges related to the funds transfer.
  • Full pre-payment of the applicable registration fee is required prior to arrival.
  • On-site payments will be accepted.
  • Registration fee for participants includes: Access to all sessions, conference materials, access to Home reception, daily tea/coffee and lunch during conference, gala dinner and access to the trade show exhibition.
  • Confirmation of your registration will be confirmed via email within 48 - 72 hours.
  • There shall be no on-spot registration.


INVOICE PAYMENTS

  • Our registration system will generate an automatic invoice upon registration.
  • Any outstanding balance will be due and payable before the registration can be finalised.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
  • The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing via email to the congress secretary if there is a registration cancellation. Appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
  • The following cancellation policy will apply:
    • Cancellations received before or on 1st February 2017 - 75% refund of the fee.
    • Cancellations received between 2nd Feb 2017 to 15th March 2017 - 50% of the fee.
    • Cancellations received on or after 16th March 2017 - No Refund.
    Appropriate Refunds will be made after the conference.

ACCOMMODATION - COMBO REGISTRATION

  • Please note that a limited inventory is available for accommodation. All reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.
  • In house accommodation will be in conference venue hotel and is inclusive of all taxes, complimentary breakfast and wifi. Any extras must be settled directly at the hotel upon check-out.
  • In order to secure your accommodation, the full amount due is required in advance.


The Following Accommodation Cancellation Charges Apply

  • 90-35 days from arrival date: a 30% penalty will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 34 days of the arrival date or failure to arrive at all (no-shows), a 50% penalty will be charged.
  • Should you fail to arrive as scheduled, the hotel will charge for the loss of revenue for the night or nights in question.

 

INSURANCE

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Congress Office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
